How to Measure Pupillary Height (PH): 1 Put on your current glasses (or sit naturally if none). 2 Ask someone to stand in front of you at eye level. 3 With a millimeter ruler, measure from the bottom of the lens (not the frame) up to the center of your pupil — for each eye. That’s your PH for each lens. Write both down!
